We guarantee your satisfaction. US Customers may return any product within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund. All returns must be authorized. Please call (800) 524-1588 or (719) 867-2700 for authorization. The cost of shipping will not be refunded. Electronic products and videos will be replaced only if defective or damaged in shipping.
